Over 15 years ago, Kimberley launched her first bakery business. Since then, we have always used local, organic grains and ingredients, farm-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs, plus organic Fair Trade chocolate, tea, and coffee. We source local eggs and use BC organic dairy. We use the best ingredients because they produce the best baked goods. But also because it is what is best for people and the planet.
